AIO Secure (“App”) is provided and operated by AIO Services Pvt Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use AIO Secure.

• Flat / unit number, building, society details
• Role in society (Owner, Tenant, Guard, Secretary, Staff, etc.)
• Profile photo or other images you choose to upload

2.2 Usage & Device Information

• App usage data (screens visited, features used, timestamps)
• Device information (model, operating system, unique identifiers)
• Crash logs and performance data (for app improvement)

2.3 Location Data

With your permission, we may collect approximate or precise location data for features like:

• Validating society location during registration
• Security or fraud prevention checks

You can control location access from your device settings. Some features may not work correctly without it.

2.4 Visitor & Staff Information

Depending on how your society uses the App, we may process:

• Visitor name, contact number, visit time and date
• Reason for visit and flat/owner being visited
• Staff name, role (maid, driver, cleaner, security staff, etc.)
• Staff check-in / check-out logs for attendance

This data is usually entered by residents, guards, or society management and is visible only to authorised users as per your society’s configuration.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the AIO Secure App and its features
• Verify and manage user accounts and roles (Owner, Tenant, Guard, Secretary, etc.)
• Generate, manage, and validate visitor & staff QR passes
• Send notifications about visitor entry, approvals, and security alerts
• Improve app performance, reliability, and usability
• Provide customer support and respond to your queries
• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements where applicable

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following limited situations:

• Within Your Society: Information may be visible to authorised users in your society (e.g., guards, secretaries, owners) as required for security and management.
• Service Providers: We may use trusted third-party providers (e.g., hosting, SMS/notification services, analytics) to operate the App. These providers are bound by appropriate data protection obligations.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, societies, or the public.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure hosting, access controls, and encryption where appropriate.

However, no system can be completely secure. While we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted or stored via the App.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the App and its services to your society, or as required by applicable law.

• Account and profile data is retained while your society remains on our platform.
• Visitor and staff logs may be retained for a period defined by your society or legal obligations.

Your society management may choose to export or delete some records according to their internal policies.

Depending on your local laws, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your account or certain data (subject to society/legal requirements)
• Withdraw consent for optional permissions (e.g., location, notifications)

8. Children’s Privacy

AIO Secure is intended to be used by adults (e.g., flat owners, tenants, guards, secretaries) on behalf of their households. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, or other reasons. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
